AirCon Ninjas was created with a clear goal: to bring a more structured, reliable and professional approach to air-conditioning hygiene and maintenance in Spain.

Our founder, Janis, has been connected to the construction and service industries since the age of 16. Starting hands-on, he gained practical experience across different areas of construction before moving into business management and entrepreneurship.

With a background in Building Engineering, his career evolved from working on the ground to building and managing his own construction workforce business, supporting major construction projects in Stockholm. His wider international experience across Sweden, Ireland, Dubai and Spain has shaped a practical understanding of what good service really requires: technical knowledge, organisation, accountability and consistent standards.

This combination of technical education, hands-on experience and business management is at the heart of AirCon Ninjas.

We believe professional service is not just about completing a job. It’s about doing it properly, communicating clearly, respecting the customer’s property, documenting the work and taking care of systems before small issues become expensive problems.
